Check the
Bilateral Agreement

To start the application process for the ERASMUS+ program at ESEC, the first step is to confirm with your school’s International Office if there is a Bilateral Agreement established with ESEC. If so, you are ready to proceed with your application.

Express your Interest

Next, it is necessary for your institution to express your interest in participating in the ERASMUS+ program at ESEC by clicking the ‘Apply Now’ button and filling out the form

Fill out the Application Form

After this step, ESEC will contact you by email, sending an application form. Remember that the application deadlines are as follows:

Autumn Period (1st semester) Applications: from March 23 to September 14
Start of classes: Mid-September to mid-February

Spring Period (2nd semester) Applications: to be defined
Start of classes: Mid-February to mid-June

Receive the Application Review

Finally, after submitting your application form, the ESEC International Office will review your request and: Inform you about the acceptance of your application; In case of acceptance, provide you with more information to start your journey.

To participate in the Erasmus program at ESEC, you need to be enrolled in a regular course and be at least in your 2nd year of enrollment. Your choice for ESEC should align with your area of study. After registration, the process of ranking and placing will be carried out.

The Erasmus+ program includes all EU Member States, as well as countries such as North Macedonia, Serbia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey, and certain third countries not associated with the Program, depending on specific conditions.

Yes, Erasmus+ offers scholarships to help cover travel and living expenses. The scholarship amount varies according to various factors and the institution. There is also additional financial support available for students with health problems. For more details, consult your home institution.

Yes, your home school provides insurance for Erasmus mobility. This insurance includes medical assistance, urgent dental treatments, protection for electronic devices in case of theft, robbery, fire, fall or short circuit, and Civil Liability coverage that covers damages caused to third parties. The coverages may vary, so check the details with your school before leaving.

Mobility under the ERASMUS+ program usually lasts one teaching semester. If you wish to extend your stay for another semester, you can apply for it.

No, at ESEC you will be exempt from paying tuition fees. However, small fees may be charged for certain costs, such as insurance or student association fees.

Yes, you will be accompanied by a tutor/teacher. This tutor/teacher will assist you during your stay, providing academic support and helping to facilitate your integration into the new institution.

Yes, it is possible to quit the ERASMUS+ program. However, if you quit mobility after you have received the scholarship or if you return earlier than initially planned, you may have to return the scholarship received, in whole or in part. It is important to check the specific conditions of your mobility contract with your home school.
